• Volunteer for JL's store "J's Boutique" .Jaden's Ladder is non-profit organization that assists survivors of domestic violence with life-enhancing, post shelter programs and support that build confidence and foster self-reliance. (2011- 2013).

• Artana featured a solo exhibition and "art tour and talk" for its painter Suzanne Hodes, a distinguished American expressionist painter. (December 2009)
• Artana featured a group exhibition and "art tour and talk". The show was comprised of artwork by Artana painters and sculptors. (November2009)

Coolidge Corner Merchants Association, Annual Lecture Series, Lecturer

• Artana addressed the public on the “art” of collecting art. (2004-2008)

Coolidge Corner Merchants Association, Active Member

• Artana collaborated with CCMA members to organize, design and execute multiple full-color, full-page CCMA group ad series for Boston Magazine (2004) and WHERE magazine (2004), designed Community Lecture Series promotional materials (2004 and 2005), contributed design direction and graphic elements for multiple newspaper ads (2004), and contributes design direction and elements to the CCMA’s website www.CoolidgeCornerMerchants.com (2003-2008)
• CCMA Mission Statement: To function as a collective voice addressing issues concerning Coolidge Corner merchants and to enhance relationships among merchants; to keep Coolidge Corner a vibrant, thriving business community through marketing and promotion, by maintaining and promoting diverse businesses, and through community involvement.

• As a Rotarian loan recipient, Roy shared with the Rotarians her career path as a visual artist. (2006)
